Before we proceed to send an order, our associate can call if there is incorrect information or send a message on VIBER to confirm the order, then we pack and send! Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. are shipped the next day! You will receive an email from us and the courier company with the waybill number! - In major cities: within 1 to 2 working days of receiving the order;
- Outside major cities: within 1 to 3 working days of receiving the order;
- Hard-to-reach areas: within 1 to 5 working days of receiving the order;
- Abroad: from 2 to 7 working days from the receipt of the order.
